b. We keep all our equipment serviced and maintained trying not to have any breakdowns while serving our customers.

c. If we do ever have a problem we have two complete rigged service trucks to repair the problem immediately with the least amount of down time.

d. We use tractors with the highest horsepower available for the task at hand.

e. We stock most all parts we would possibly need to keep our equipment in service.

f. We insure all our equipment to protect our customers and ourselves.

g. We keep enough equipment on hand to exchange out a piece of equipment if something does go down and for some reason is unable to be repaired immediately.

h. We use two new square balers and two new round balers at all times so we can replace anything that may go down as well as double up on the task if required to complete the project expediently if required.
